My wish is to add more than 15 plugins to make our server be so cool

You would need to buy a server from some other host 
more plugins means more RAM used. Aternos isn't meant to be a public server so just choose the 15 best.
You only can increase the amount of plugins with redeem keys you can win at special events. We can't increase the plugin limit for everyone.
