Me and my friend were playing on my SMP and suddenly it kicked us and said we timed out. When we tried to join the server again the "Encrypting..." screen was on for too long which timed us out again. We tried to rejoin multiple times but eventually the server shut down because there were no players in it. We started it again and it worked but 5 minutes later we had the same problem. It also still said 2/15 players in the playerlist, while there were no players in the server (even after refreshing multiple times). Later I joined without my friend and the server worked perfectly again. Then my friend tried joining again and we were timed out a few minutes after he joined. Does this have something to do with Aternos generally, with my server or with my friend's account?

It occured yesterday so I'm not really sure if that's the right log

Then share the log when it happens again.

Try checking your tps or if you are causing too much lag (e,g, blowing up thousands of tnt, breaking scaffolding, //draining too much). Or the server had a problem saving, just restart the server and it should be fine.
