Making an anarchy server with hacking allowed

    i use impact client and want to know how do i make it so people can join my anarchy server with hack clients i can't even join my own server it won't work? How do i fix this so people can join?

    The player has to install hacks client manually. Apart from letting players install mods for both client and server, there is no such thing as that.
