Installed PocketMine on server only bedrock on pc are able to join but mobile are stuck on locating server

I have created a server and wanted to tried out some plugins. I installed pocketmine and installed a bunch of plugin. I and a few friends tried to join using our phone but the game just stuck on Locating Server. When i tried it on Bedrock Edition on PC it works fine. What do I do?

without the plugin, it works normally but with just pocketmine itself without any plugin, the game just stuck on locating server. The server does say that a player is in but the game just stuck on locating server.
