I have currently experienced an error where I cant connect to my server. I play on a survival server that has mods enabled on it. We use the create mod and optifine. I use the 1.16.5, 36.1.16 version of forge that was made on the 3/5/2021. I use the 1.16.5_HD_U_G7 version of optifine with the 1.16.5 v0.3.1 version of create.
I have full access to the server however there is an error that displays when I go into the server

The webstie told me to use port fowarding and to keep certain ports open. I dont really understand what is happening in this stage but I also made my own inbound and outbound rules using the port of the server and allowing them.
I also disable my antivirus
But I still run into the same error.
