How do I use mod settings on a multiplayer server?

So I installed JurassiCraft, Far from home and other gun mods and stuff

but now that I don't know how to generate a world using the far from home mod and don't know how to change mod settings on a server in general

the world generated is a default one with no naturally spawning dinosaurs

Please tell how to change the settings
