when i try accesing the /pex command, it says i have no permission, i know that in the config you have to change yml to .jar, but we dont have access to the config

You don't have to change .yml to .jar, these are two completely different file formats. You have to edit the permissions.yml and set up your personal permission system. For tutorials on how to do that, please check YouTube etc.

Press the arrow next to your name and click files and plugins and there should be a file for the plugin. Not the .jar one, the other type
