I have a plugin called "RPG ITEMS" and i want to reset the plugin, when i want to delete the file of the plugin, I cant delete the file.When i installed the plugins again, the plugin doesnt work... So please help

Sometimes the aternos pannel is a bit slow, so you got to click on the delete button and then wait for a few seconds until it really gets deleted.
If this isn't the case, you could try reinstall the server software (maybe switch to a vanilla version and then back), and afterwards set up the plugin again. -
Try to manage your plugins with a different web browser.
