Do you get banned if you exp farm for to long on the same spot?

Hy, I'm a newcommer on the aternos servers.

A few days ago I got banned from a friends server for afk-ing with a trapdoor on a creeper farm, cuz i didn't know that i mustn't do that.

Now i have a question for exp farming with some kind of mob spawner. Do you get banned if you wait for too long for the mobs to gather or is it ok if you just move a few times per 10 min and/or kill the mobs that gathered already?

I don't want to get banned from another server for exp farming this time, so i would like to know how to avoid that while exp farming.

I wanna max out all my gear from 0 to 100 in one go, once i get them all, so i will need a lot of exp and i think this is a good way to do it?
