Why can't i download this plugin

i've tried it many times downloading it but still not downloaded can someone help me
if there is no way to download it can any supporter add it to my plugins please?

The download page says this:
"Spigot Plugins are currently in BETA and may cause bugs."
Maybe that's the problem.Someone even said that Spigot plugins are currently not working... But i think it will be fixed soon.

I can imagine that the installation does not work because of all the spaces and special characters in the plugin's file name.

No, we can't. Plugin's file names are adopted by the Spigot Website.
