  • Its NOISY. Its RIDDLED with risers. And it will LET YOU DOWN when the bass drops.
I would say that NO ONE BOPS to this - in short, its WACK!
Listening to this while GAMING will only AGITATE and AGGRAVATE you and
it belongs near where mainstream dubstep sits IN HELL.

You might ask, 'well, that was just harsh of you...', well maybe you're right.
Except for the reason why it exists, trap music is really not that bad.
In the trap scene, the genre has influenced pop music, (even k-pop is an influence from trap)
and their artists are great, that's how big it is.

'Music-wise', I would say that its all about the rise and drop. It is the heart of each track.
The snares and hats are its blood. These things are signature to trap music.
Hell, I even listen to phonk trap. Trap music hooks onto you, like a syringe pumping
    adrenaline through your veins
    .

But I won't take back what I had said in my first paragraph, no.
I have a bias, and it leans toward drum and bass.
And I'll tell you why right now; drum and bass had helped me find myself.

Though it was the 'UK's finest export', right now the DnB scene isn't grand.
Many artists are obscure. And instead of influencing pop music, mainstream DnB
is badly influenced by other mainstream electronic genres, like trap music itself...

If you were a real DnB junkie, you would be either listen to the classic tracks from
the 90's-2000's, or look for the obscure fusions and subgenres, like liquid DnB
and jazz DnB just to escape the trash called the mainstream.

DnB isn't just about sounding a drum loop and slapping a bassline,
it also forms an atmosphere, and a constant flow of energy. (Exaggerated rises and bass drops are a no-no)
This is where its magic truly shines; making it a favorite to some working people, like ma' dad.
And I also listen to DnB when I sleep, play or "work", I'd say that it lifts you up and makes you focus more.

    Listen to believe it.

Finding & listening to DnB music:
You can search for "Drum and Bass" in your search engine,
but you will sometimes bump into tracks that I call "trash".
Instead, I can give you a list of keywords to search in YT if you want to escape from the mainstream.

    • "Liquid DnB" (Must try)
    • "Classic DnB"
    • "Jazz DnB"
    • "Netsky DnB"
    • "Utah Jazz"
    • "Celestial Echoes"
    • "Jungle DnB"
    • "RAM Trilogy"

Or listen to my playlist on shuffle.

mods are weird, hard to work with, and will have conflicts
