Why plugin viaversion and skinrestorer don't work? I use lastest wersion pl. Craftbukkit and spigot even don't launch this pkugins...help plz

Thats what the first plugin says on it's spigot page:

So be sure you use one of this combinations.
To the second:
The plugin which is added is compiled with Java 8, which means it isn't compatible with the Aternos system. You would need a version of this, which is the same plugin, just compiled with Java 7. You can make a plugin request for it, here in the forum in "Plugin/Modpack Request". -
If you do /pl in chat, does the plugin show up?
