Betterlands Mod Not 'Having Enough Popularity'

This seems like an overall floundering error on your part. Considering this mod is active and has over 500k downloads, it should be a popular enough mod. I would like a better understanding on what the Popularity is meant to mean if it isn't associated with the amount of downloads one gets. It's also been worked on for a solid few months. I feel as though you are specifically deciding hold certain mods over the communities' heads because they don't exactly uphold to your standards.
