Hi, I have a server with some plugins and I can edit many of them, but I want to use one called Announcer to send messages and it won't let me edit it in any way, this has happened to me with several plugins. I have also tried to download it from bukkit and put it in but it doesn't let me either. I saw that the option to edit permissions has not been removed, is it that or is there a way? Thanks.
Can edit .jar files?

-
.jar files are compiled software code, they are not meant to be edited.
