I think my server got a bug, there is no mobs spawning naturally.
In my Aternos settings I allready turn it on but it's not working.
I'm on Vanilla 1.17.1
Why there is no mob spawning in my server ?

It didn't work, I'm the only player on the server right now and there is no hostile mobs spawning

Your server is most likely on Peaceful mode then. Since hostile mobs arent spawning, do /difficulty easy to change that.
