Cant Connect

So, i tried joining my friends aternos ip, but it only works with DynIP and its annoying to ask them for it everytime. I use 1.17.1 original minecraft without any mods.

This tutorial is so complicated, i dont understand a single word from it..

I did what i understood and it still doesnt work

Do you maybe have like a video? of the tutorial

Did everything, still cant join to any aternos servers.

It is saying "connecting to server for like 20 minutes.
