  • I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge, as well as turning off all extensions. I don't have any Anti-virus software. What could be causing the issue? Ads are still showing properly on the site, it just keeps bringing up the "turn off adblock" screen.

    • Official Post

Your browser is unable to send background requests to some of our partners.

    Make sure that

    - You don't have any browser add-ons installed that could block ads or modify the content of websites

    - You don't have any ad blocking software installed on your computer (e.g. AdGuard or antivirus software that also blocks ads)

    - There is no network filter installed in your home network

Since the issue occurs in multiple browsers, this is most likely not caused by a browser addon but by a program installed on your PC or a filter in your home network.

  • Thank you! It's working now. I hadn't thought to check my network.

For anyone else who has an eero with "erro Secure" turned on, go to: eero app > Discover > eero secure > Block and allow sites > Allowed > Add Allowed Site. Then you can either allow for network or create a profile for your computer.
