How i can add ranks? Please add GroupManager plugin. Can i add 2maps? Like hub and world.

they can't add groupmanager because they are not available on spigot or bukkit, they can't add plugins from external sites
about the map i don't know
just use PermissionsEx and for the chat bchatmanager with a B -
Please post the configuration file as text, so I can check it for you. Or check yourself using a YAML parser.
