Server Not Starting after a lot of time!

Hello, I cant start my server, Im waiting for like 30 minutes and not starting. Just pass the queue and it keeps saying 1minute left after a lot of time. Also it appers this message: We are currently rebooting our fileserver systems. Starts may not possible at the moment. Can you please fix it fast? I want to play right now with my friends! Please

I am also having a problem starting up.
I will get through the queue and it was say starting. . .
About 10-15 minutes later it was say Offline.
