a lot of content of the vivaldi plugin doesen't work because it requires the IridiumColorAPI plugin to work and that plugin is not in aternos making a pretty useless plugin that just displays text is there any plugin that replaces IridiumColorAPI? (i can't request the plugin because is not popular)

One step back: Why do you think that Vivaldy requires IridiumColorAPI as additional plugin.
Vivaldi's spigot page doesn't mention that requirement, it just implements that API. In addition IridiumColorAPI does not seem to be a plugin
