ENGLISH (INGLÊS):
When I download a plugin, download it, but does not download the configuration folder of plugins.
The plugin system is down for maintenance or is it a bug?
Sorry, I am Brazilian and my English is horrible.

Quando eu baixo um plugin, faz o download dele, mas não baixa a pasta de configuração dos plugins.
O sistema de plugin está em manutenção ou é um bug?
Desculpe, sou brasileiro e meu inglês é horrível.

start your server when your done downloading it will automatic download the config, but if you don't start the server it won't download the configuration folder, so start your server when downloading

Actually, configurations are not downloaded, they are created by the plugins, normally. @Vicenzo_Br I just checked your server and your configurations do have been created.
