Aternos Server Disconnection

So I contacted customer supprt, and sent a twitter DM to help speed up the resolution of the problem. What happens is I try to join the server but I immediately get a connection error message and the server crashes. I have tried to fix this probelm by restarting my computer and creating a backup and then starting that backup but nothing is working. It isn't my wifi connection because I tested that as well. I play with 2 other friends who have no problems using the server and have tried to help me but are unable too. Any reccomendations would help, I have tried everything that the customer support section suggests but I have not been able to find a solution.
