    I know that AFK bots are against Aternos rules, but if you do this, does it count as "being a very active player" or "wasting server resource"?

    - I got an old laptop and downloaded Minecraft on it, and joined the server with that client

    - There is an automated script that instructs the client to do simple actions repetitively, such as toggling a lever

    - That client will be powered on 24/7 on my own old laptop.


    Does THIS still count as AFK?

    Any help would be appreceated, because I am hosting a huge online city project

    You can't. Trying to run the server 24/7 in any way possible is against the TOS
