How do I change my resource pack resolution

I have a "Day & Entity Counter" and a "Biome Check" resource packs and they have resolution. This is the URL to the packs on MCPEDL. They don't work on my server the biome one don't show the biome and the day one and entity counter one does not show and I think its the resolution. I have to change so I want to know how do I change resolution/
