Whenever I press the "Install Plugin" on a spigot plugin and exit out of the menu, none of my plugins are installed. I can only install bukkit plugins.

I have the same problem. I can't install spigot plugins, and i guess there is problem with spigot server cores.
I tried install Spigot 1.10 and bukkit plugin WorldGuard for minecraft 1.9.
Earlier it worked and when i wrote command /pl in chat plugin displayed and worked. Now plugin not display and not work.
Please fix it as soon as posible. -
