hello, please help me with the server, I've been dealing with it for about a week now, but nothing happens. The server was created on version 1.16.5 with about 16 modifications, and when trying to access it, the server gave an error of a remote host or disconnection, I would be very grateful if you help me, do not judge strictly for bad English, because I am from Russia and I am writing this in translator

No i think the problem is with mods
Ok, I think the problem is that the client mods aren't the same as the servers. Maybe check out if they are the same? 
Then that means they aren't the same. If you hover over it should say mismatched mod list. Therefore the mods arent the same as the servers.
If you look in the minecraft menu number of mods and the number of mods in the server folder are any lower than the other?
Also check if the forge version is the same as the servers forge version

If you arent using paid account then check in the options the cracked tab
if its on you should disable it and then join the server!
