Crashed bedrock server due to whitelisted

(srry for bad English it is not my first language)

My friends and I have a bedrock server in the version 1.18.0.02 and recently we added a whitelist which didn't work at all, this is because we noticed after reading a lots od threads on this forum that we couldn't have activated the whitelist function and the cracked function at the same time. The problem is, we already eliminated all names in the whitelist and desactivated the whitelist option but the log keeps telling us there is an error and our server keeps crashed. Please help us we love this server with all our hearts

I already disabled the whitelist in options, I even eliminated all the nicknames in it, but I can't restart the server because the log keeps telling me the whitelist is activated

I think I kinda solved it? To me it still appears like the server is crashed and all that but to one of my friends who also has total access to the server appears like the problem has been solved and can start the server without any problem. So I guess it's solved now.
