my server ip wont work

when i started the server then i put the ip wizardry.aternos.me then i put it on my multiplayer server but it say this server is offline even tho its started on my server ik guyz the dyn ip it work but i want to use the regular ip cuz dyn ip always changes when my server everytime i start my server plzz help

Still my IP is not working I waited 1day but still not work pls look at my server and try my IP wizardry.aternos.me pls
