I looked all around the aternos plugins list and saw alot of addons for Citizens2. I searched alot , so I thought it might not be in the list so I tried to suggest it . but aternos said it's already in the plugins list. can someone say what should I do?

Older versions of Citizens that were distributed over dev.bukkit.org are available, but these don't work on newer versions of Minecraft.
Newer Citizens releases are not available since they are paid on spigotmc.org
