No mobs spawning (no plugins installed and difficulty is hard)

Hey Aternos. My server doesnt work correctly, it doesnt spawn hostile mobs naturally. I dont have any plugins except Timber and FastLeafDecay and my difficultly is set to hard. And i have Monsters spawning naturally setting on, in your server.config file. Appreciate help

Thanks dude it works now and i can finally use my xpfarm again. Again thanks for helping, your amazing
