Broken Server

So about a few weeks ago, I tried logging into my server with my friends. When I did, I had my Journeymap mod active despite it being a vanilla 1.18.1 server. Looking around I also couldn't interact with animals, baby animals were showing as adults for me, and my pet wolves were collarless and displaying like they weren't tamed. I've been unable to find anything that explains this, and really want to fix it so I can actually enjoy the server with my friends again, because right now half the game is unplayable for me on the server.
