My server exceeded the 4 GB limit

Hello, as mentioned by the title my server [CustomCraftSMP.aternos.me], has exceeded the 4 GB storage limit. I've done all of the stuff I think I can (From https://support.aternos.org/hc/en-us/articles/360035144691)

But the server is still stuck on 4.17 GB

Any advice?

It should take few days but on weekends it might take more time
