my minecraft world doesnt have nether, other worlds work fine so something is wrong with the world, i have tried deleting dim-1 files and nothing worked

Tensura unleashed modpack 1.16.5 nether portal doesnt work and /execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @a ~ ~ ~ does nothing
