I'm experiencing a weird amount of internet lag (1 connection bar in tab, can't even hit mobs etc.) even though I have a good Internet connection and ping. I'm running 1.18.1 and Spigot with a few plugins, it only started like an hour ago, but my friends don't have any lag at all and also for me other servers work normal, so I'm assuming it's something to do with Aternos. Any idea what this could be/how to fix it?
