Server "login timeout" whenevery I try to join

Whenever I try to join it always says login timeout. my friend can join but I can't

the only one that I can use for bedrock, which is pocket-mine. also here is exactly what it is called Pocketmine-MP 1.18.10 (4.2.1)

I am on version 1.18.12

my friend is also on version 1.18.12

i use computer. he uses tablet
