I'm Having this problem installing some plugins, just some not all, and the problem is they will download and install successfully, BUT when inside of my plugin folder it shows as an editable file even though its a .jar and from both of the plugins i attempted to install they both ended the same way, in my case i tried to get EchoPet 1.0.3 & MyPet 2.2.6 for spigot, and they both do the same thing, i even tried earlier versions and they all did the same thing, the only consistency that I've found that seems to be similar in all the cases are whats inside the jar when it shows as an editable file which ill paste

Ray ID: 2fadb2c5b82e1aabThat shows in each of the jars that show as editable files, they also randomly switch between editable and non editable when i refresh the page, plus spigot will not even attempt to load these plugins when launching the server, when i go to watch the console as it starts up it doesn't show them being attempted to load, nor do i see any kind of errors telling me why they weren't loaded, they both say they work for 1.10 + MC, and i would really like to have one of either running on my server, but I've tried several times deleting and installing them over and over again to no avail and resulting in the same thing happening as said above... Hopefully some explanation can be found, or solution... Thanks for your time
