What is it used for?
in hopechest Dependencies , it says "Be sure to have my ReflexAPI plugin installed" but there is no ReflexApi plugin to download and when i use suggest plugin section it says "This plugin/mod is not popular enough." , but as i said the problem is without ReflexApi the HopeChest won't work.
