I cant reinstall/delete my server along with other stuff. The buttons dont work for me when I press them, im on mobile btw.

Short answer: Get a newer device
Long answer: iOS 12 does not support some newer browser features we use on in our website code. Since bypassing these missing browser features would require us to rewrite most of the recent changes on our website we won't fix that. This is not worth the effort.
IPad Air 1 got released ~9 years ago, you should consider getting something newer, since you'll have similar issues on more and more websites in the future.
