I need help everytime i join my friends server this error appears, he already restarted his server and i changed my dns server it didnt helped.

Try to connect through the dynip, To connect through your dynip, click the "connect button" on your server's panel. (https://aternos.org/server#connect), make sure your server is online before you do this.
