My friend is trying to join my server, but every time he tries, he gets an error message saying 'Connection Refused'. Everyone else in my server can play normally, but he can't. It won't work when he uses the DynIP either.

Connection refused would probably be caused by an incorrect IP/port entered in Minecraft on his computer
