Hello! Im Kyle and I was going to make a server. So I created it set the version to Bukkit 1.9.4 because that was the version I wanted. Next, I went to go add plugins. First, I tried adding WorldEdit. But it didn't add. So I thought it was bugged and I tried to add Essentials. That didn't work either! 
I have done lots of research but can't figure out what the problem was! Can someone please help me!

Install CraftBukkit or Spigot first and then start your server to create the plugins folder. After that you can install plugins.
If you correct your username in your forum profile i can start your server for you so you don't have to wait in the queue just to install plugins.
Also we are already working on it that the plugins folder gets automatically created. -
you can do that on the profile page, or just post your username in this thread.
The username option in your forum profile just makes future support requests easier for us. -
I have started your server, you are now able to install plugins.

PS. The plugin folder is now created automatically if it does not exist.
