Girlfriend keeps getting kicked form server

Hi, today my gf started having a problem of not being able to join my Pixelmon server. Every time she joins she says that it doesn't show any of the pokemon, when she moves the world starts to just not load in and then it will either have her just start falling or she will be stuck in one place.

she gets "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An exisiting conncetion was forcibly closed by the remote host" every time that she gets kicked and she has done everything from uninstalling and reinstalling Mincraft, CurseForge and Pixelmon to restarting her internet and everything we can think of.

She removed those mods and it still didn't allow her to join the server. She was able to get on before and play and then once she got on again around like 12 or 1 am it didn't allow her to get on and kept crashing again. When we look at the logs now for her it looks like Biomes o Plenty is the problem now, but I have biomes o plenty downloaded on the server already.

She has 8.3.7 downloaded she has redownloaded it multiple times now and it still doesn't work.

She has tried that and nothing is still working. We have at this point tried everything and this is what she has for here error logs
