Hello, today, my friend gave me permissions to start the Aternos MC server, though when I log into my account, and look at the servers tab. There is nothing there, he double checked that he selected my account the correct permissions AND saved. There is still nothing there though, why is it not giving me access to start the server?

What is your username and the server-ip you should get access to?
Provide screenshots that show what exactly your friend did.
In most cases, it is because the server owners simply don't want to give access but also don't want to say so. Then they blame it on Aternos.
