We always try to reduce the waiting time as well as possible. The length of the queue depends in the demand of servers, but we can't do nearly anything to control the demand.

Eventually, you can get keys from Aternos events and other stuff, the keys can be used to start your server instantly (without having to wait)

Well Also About The Topic, While your wating for it to start; why not play a game or play minecraft while you wait; maybe play another server that makes the time go by fast because your having fun or just use your time wisely!

Yes, the keys are only one time use. But if you really need to start the server to play with your friends the key is worth it
