Hello good Sir ,
Well i have an aternos server and in that server these is some kind of a glitch on the off hand i don't know what happens but if i take any item in left hand like totem or shield (for pe ) it doesn't work neither it works for a java player ... Please help me get a resolution for it 
What happens if you try to place allowed items in your second hand?

I don’t think you can put totems in your left hand. I haven’t used Bedrock for a while so I can’t really tell.
What's your server software and version?
Spigot is not for Bedrock.
And if you have that problem on Java, using Spigot, contact Spigot.
