Server startup stuck on: "Detected new forge version, registering events reflectively"

If I try to start my server it get stuck on the line: "Detected new forge version, registering events reflectively"

Sometimes it works when the last two lines are switched. (first: "Detected new forge version, registering events reflectively" then: "Apoli 1.18.1-2.2.2.1 has initialized. Ready to power up your game!")

Does anyone know how to fix this or maybe force the two lines to be switched?

After a while it crashes because it takes to long to start up.

I don't think that would help, because sometimes it works fine. And we have already played a lot so removing a mod might reset everything. So I woud like to keep it as a last resort option.

the start up takes to long because it gets stuck and then the server crashes because of that.

updating the origins mod seems to have fixed the problem
