Yesterday i was able to play on the server when i was about to play again the next day it shows me the message Payload may not be larger than 1048576 bytes. and i was unable to log in to the server. i didn't add any other mods before that happens

1. open your minecraft installation path
(enter %appdata%/.minecraft in the file explorer )
2. open the logs folder
3. open the "latest" or "latest.log" file with a text editor

1. I just saw in your server log that there's something on your server trying to load something doesn't exist. Do you have any client-side mod?
2. Have you checked if you have the same mods on your server and client with the same version?

Yes i do have client side mods but in the day before the error happened i already have it but it was running normally, i can play i the server but the next day the error appeared

You could try to delete the config folder in your Minecraft installation path and see if it works.

I can play normally in vanilla its not my launcher

That's why using illegal launchers is not recommended, they may not work as intended. I'd recommend using the original Minecraft, and since you say you're able to play in Vanilla then the mods might be the problem, or the launcher not being able to load those mods.
