I am having an issue with installing WorldGuard. I've tried using Bukkit and Spogit with many different versions but it won't install World Guard and I really need it.
Any advice would help.

BukkitDev was updated last night without prior notice, so the API we used for plugin installations is broken. We give our best to fix that. Spigot plugins should work as normal.

We already have a temporary solution with some bugs. We're trying to get the plugin system stable again as fast as we can.
Unfortunately BukGet, which is the API we used, has been shutted down due the changes of the dev.bukkit.org page. So we need find a completely new solution and this might take some days. -

We've just released & switched to our own API for dev.bukkit.org to fetch plugin information.
The downloads should be working again. -
