Hello.
I was about to install the faction Plugin, but its gone...
I installed it yesterday, but deleted it Because I thought it was that plugin that made the server lagg.
But It wasn't it. So I want to install it back. But now It isn't listed up there.
Normally it is listed up 5 Plugins When I write Factions.
Now 2 of them are gone.
Could anyone help me please?

Can you give us the spigotmc / dev.bukkit.org link of the plugin you wanted to install?

Just type in "Faction" instead of "Factions" and two more plugins will appear.

We already have got that plugin. I don't see the problem here.

The first plugin entry in the screenshot of your first post is the plugin you want.
If you click on the first entry you can see that the plugin url shown there is the same as you wrote above.... -
