When I tried to download a mod I liked It showed the message "No compatible versions found". All mods do not work. Any help?

The account linked in your board profile has Forge 1.18 installed. All of the mods listed here don't have any version for MC 1.18 - so this error message is correct in your case.

So if a mod is not yet supported on the version of forge that I'm using at the moment it will always give me that same error?
